Optional Team
Our Optional Team is based on acquiring additional advanced skills (depending on the gymnast level) and preparing the gymnasts for stronger competition. Our optional team consists of gymnasts Level 7 through Elite. Depending on the gymnast level, this team will compete in Local, State, Regional, Western, National and International competitions all representing Zenith.

Our optional training hours range from 18-33 hours per week depending on the gymnasts training schedule. Zenith offers our gymnasts a one a day training program, or a two a day training program.

Tops Program
Zenith Elite Gymnastics Academy incorporates Tops Training into our competitive program. This is optional to our competitive team, although we do recommend it.
Tops training is additional strength and skill conditioning that benefits the gymnast.

Additional Team Information
Both our compulsory and optional teams compete in AGA (American Gymnastics Association, TAAF (Texas Amateur Athletic Federation), and USA Gymnastics competitive meets.
